JOB PROFILE:-
- Knowledge of the business,Operations &an indepth understanding of how that impacts the related entities
- Monitor, coordinate, and communicate strategic objectives of the business
- Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business
- Work with other staff members to develop a good understanding of the business and issues that arise
- Develop and foster relationships with the community, Internal/External stakeholders, State Government, Media,Industry bodies and other connected entities
- Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and other entities
- Compile reports about relevant incidents, events, or updates on important issues for the business
- Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and connected entities to ensure no need for Fire-fighting
- Act as a positive representation of the business to the Community CANDIDATE PROFILE:-Preferably a Post-Graduate in any relevant area of study
- 10 to 12 years of quality experience both Managerial &hands-on,ideally with Medium/Large size groups / Corporates with strong Manufacturing base-Chemicals /Heavy Chemicals, PetroChem /Oil&Gas etc
- Exposure to working in Fast-paced&High-pressure ,particularly Down-South India rural environ
- Good written & Verbal communication,negotiation skills
- Pro-Active,Self-Motivated, Pleasing,strong,Forceful,tactful& influencer personality with a Go-getter attitude.
- Adept at Problem solving,Analysis,Report preparation&judicious use of Social Media
- Customer-oriented attitude,Ability to establish,Develop and nurture beneficial business and Professional relationships
